Bay Area hardcore/thrash/groove metalci Almost Dead so izdali Destruction is All We Know, svoj šesti dolgometražni album, in nov besedilni video, in sicer za pesem Agent of Chaos s tega albuma.

Ameriški gotičarji Unto Others sporočajo, da že pripravljajo material za tretji studijski album, ki bo nasledil leta 2021 izdani plošček Strength. Še neimenovan album, ki ga band snema v Falcon Studios, bo izšel letos pri založbi Century Media Records.

Zaradi slabega zdravstvenega stanja dveh članov banda je julijski nastop Suffocation v Zagrebu odpovedan. V nadaljevanju lahko preberete celotno objavo za javnost:

»It is with deep regret that we have to announce the cancellation of our Summer June/July 2023 tour scheduled within Europe/UK. As you may know we previously toured Europe last month and during this tour a few members of the band suffered extreme physical strain resulting in injuries preventing us from returning back to the area less than a month from our previous tour.

Although it's never our intention to cancel any tour the health of our bandmates is key for continuing forward into the rest of the year and it's required that these members rest accordingly and recover from their injuries sustained during this tour. The physical strain that touring takes on the bodies of musicians manifests itself in many ways that are out of our control.

We have a lot in the works for the remainder of the year including writing and completing our new album and we look forward to returning to one of our favorite territories and fans in the EU/UK bringing you Suffocation at full strength, blazing and cranking alongside you all.

As you all know, Suffocation puts their all into our live show and we want to make sure fans get our all moving forward. Health and safety is our number one priority to ensure that we can bring it for you guys for the remainder of 2023 and beyond.«

Ameriški gothic metalci Unto Others predstavljajo prvi single Over Western Shores s prihajajoče izdaje Strength II ...Deep Cuts. Album s šestimi novimi skladbami naj bi izšel 10. februarja pri Eisenwald Records.

Gotičarji Unto Others napovedujejo izdajo šestih novih skladb, ki so nastale v obdobju med snemanjem zadnjega albuma Strength. Izdaja bo nosila naslov Strength II ...Deep Cuts in bo v ZDA v omejeni nakladi 1000 kosov na voljo že jutri. V preostalem delu sveta in v digitalni obliki naj bi plošček ugledal luč sveta januarja naslednje leto.

Goth metalci Unto Others predstavljajo nov video za komad Heroin, ki ga lahko najdete na njihovem zadnjem dolgometražcu Strength. Zasedba se to soboto kot predskupina odpravlja na obsežno turnejo po ZDA z Behemoth in Arch Enemy, s katerima bo jeseni prišla tudi na staro celino. Ameriški southern hard rock/metal kvartet 4Mag Nitrous trenutno pripravlja nov videospot za skladbo Pillars Of Strength, ki se nahaja na tretjem studijskem albumu z naslovom Electric Conception, izdanem letos poleti. Albumu lahko v celoti prisluhnete na Bandcampu in vseh ostalih digitalnih platformah.

Skupino 4Mag Nitrous z juga Louisiane trenutno sestavljajo vokalist/kitarist Jol Cangiolosi, kitarist Ben Michon, basist Kib Prestridge in bobnar Josh Klipstein.

As I Lay Dying vsem oboževalcem predstavljajo najnovejšo skladbo Roots Below. Kot sicer pravijo fantje, gre za komad, ki je nastal v času snemanja albuma Shaped By Fire, vendar takrat ni našel pot na plošček. Ameriška heavy metal/gothic rock zasedba Unto Others, ki je mogoče nekaterim bolj znana pod imenom Idle Hands, najavlja izid drugega albuma z naslovom Strength. Prva izdaja pod novim imenom naj bi izšla 24. septembra pri založbi Roadrunner Records, pred izidom pa fantje privržencem predstavljajo tudi drugi singel s prihajajočega albuma, tokrat gre za skladbo Downtown.
