Deathcorovci Chelsea Grin sporočajo, da je vrzel na bobnarskem stolčku zapolnil Josh Miller. Zasedba se je pred kratkim razšla z bobnarjem Pablom Viverosom in tako je nov polnopravni član zasedbe postal Josh. Izjava banda:

»We hope everyone has been doing well; we have some updates. We have parted ways with our fill-in drummer, Nathan Pearson. We sincerely value his friendship, as well as his devotion to furthering his craft and bringing his all to the stage. We truly look forward to watching his drumming career continue to blossom and advance, and value his time with us.

Furthermore, the band and Pablo have mutually agreed to separate. Pablo is one of our oldest friends, the life of the party, a masterful player, and a powerful creative. After Pablo spent some years away from the band, we all came together and realized that personal visions had diverged through time. We will always wish the very best for him, and seriously value all that he brought not only to the band, but to our lives. Nothing but tremendous love for him, always. We also encourage everyone to show support for him, Jaek and Alex’s new band, Ameonna.

Moving forward, we are proud and excited to announce that Josh Miller will be joining Chelsea Grin. It goes without saying that the future is bright – you will hear it in our music and witness it in our performances.

Ljubljanska progresivna stoner zasedba Ambra predstavlja komad People and Ash, ki je nastal na live sessionu v studiu Metro. Band boste sicer lahko v živo ujeli skupaj z Blu.Sine v Mariboru.

Deathcoraši Chelsea Grin so prekinili delovanje z uradnim bobnarjem Pablom Viverosom in tudi s t. i. live session bobnarjem Nathanom Pearsonom. Na mesto bobnarja prihaja Josh »Baby J« Miller (ex-Emmure, Spite, Darko), ki bo prevzel tako studijske kot koncertne dolžnosti.

Ameriški progresivni thrash/death metalci Nuclear Tomb so premierno predstavili komad Fatal Visions s prihajajočega prvenca Terror Labyrinthian.

Nemške heavy metal legende Accept niti približno ne počivajo. Tokrat predstavljajo videospot za skladbo The Reckoning s prihajajočega albuma Humanoid, ki izide 26. aprila pri Napalm Records. To bo njihov 18. studijski album po vrsti, obsega pa te naslove:

Ameriški doom metalci Pallbearer bodo maja pri Nuclear Blast Records izdali nov album Mind Burns Alive. Album naj bi natančneje izšel 17. maja, že zdaj pa lahko prisluhnete singlu Where the Light Fades.

Škotski black metalci Aristarchos bodo 5. aprila izdali album Martyr of Star and Fire. Izšel bo pri založbi Vendetta Records in bo zajemal te komade:

Angleški ekstremneži Cradle Of Filth se potikajo v studiu, kjer pripravljajo material za 14. dolgometražec. Novico je v svojem profilu Instagram razkrila vokalistka in klaviaturistka Zoë M. Federoff:

»I am beyond humbled to have been allowed to contribute vocals and/or keys to many of the songs on this album. Dani and the guys showed a lot of faith in me for my first album with the gang, and I went in extremely nervous and hellbent on making them all proud. Thank God Dani Filth and producer Scott Atkins are so good at calming my nerves! That was the most fun and relaxing studio session I've had in ages!

Medvoški heavy metalci Metalsteel so objavili nov koncertni videospot za balado Topla je smrt. Posnetek je nastal na lanskoletnem praznovanju 20. obletnice izida prvenca Usoda in 18. obletnici izida plošče Taste The Sin, kjer je za mikrofon po dolgem času poprijel tudi Alex Škofljanec. Metalsteel bodo ta vikend nastopili tudi na 25. obletnici Paranoida. Ali bodo tudi tokrat za obiskovalce pripravili kaj posebnega, pa se boste lahko prepričali že jutri na Metelkovi.
