Večer poganstva, simfonije in groova

Kadilnica of Death tudi tokrat pripravlja pestro ponudbo domačega metala. Za šolsko uro slovanskega izročila bo po nekaj letih ponovno poskrbela kranjska MORANA, prvič se bodo v Ortu predstavili murskosoboški simfonični black metalci DARK SPHERE, sicer nikakor ne nov band, ki se je po nekajletnem premoru leta 2018 vrnil na sceno, za ogrevanje pa ptujski ASHINE in njihova udarna mešanica melodičnega death metala in groova.

MORANA

Morana je slovenski melodični death metal band iz Kranja. Band je nastal leta 2006 in od takrat redno nastopa na koncertih in festivalih. Izvajajo avtorsko glasbo, 21. decembra 2012 pa so tudi izdali svoj prvi album z naslovom »Too Bad for Heavens«. Ime skupine izvira iz staroslovanske mitologije, po boginji zime, teme in smrti, Morane. Temu primeren je tudi slog glasbe in tematika besedil.

DARK SPHERE

Dark Sphere is a Symphonic Black Metal band from the Prekmurje region in Slovenia. The music is a mixture of Black, Dark, Symphonic, Melodic and Gothic Metal. The mission is to explore the mysteries of the almighty Universe and channel it into the music for you.
The first records is called Dark Sphere and was released back in 2008. The music is a raw mix of Melodic Black/Dark Metal. All music was written by Gothmog and the line up consisted of Jumbo on vocals, Kain on bass and Gothmog on guitar.

The second record is called Ophiuchus and was released in 2010. The record is amongst Dark Sphere fans considerd as the most popular one! The music is a mix of Melodic Black/Dark/Symphonic/Gothic Metal! The music was written by Gothmog and Zli. The Ophiuchus era consisted of the classic Dark Sphere line up which featured: Gothmog on vocals and guitar, Butcher on bass, Crow on Keyboards and Zli on drums!
The third and final record is called Masters of Manipulation and was released in 2015. After 5 years Gothmog decided that it was time to make a final Dark Sphere record and end the story on the only appropriate way! Gothmog had quite some old and new material which simply sounded Dark Sphere! So the final record is a mix of raw old school Black/Melodic/Dark Metal. On the record you can hear the song Bojevnikova Pesem, which is the only song Dark Sphere has ewer recorded in Slovenian language!
After long years of absence we have decided that it is finally time to come back, as we are not happy with the path that the world is heading into... We feel that we still have a strong statement to share and we can`t await to share our new music with you, that will soon be out!

ASHINE

The band was founded in 2013. Not sure what kind of music they should go on, they started with the most obvious; Metallica. After a few months they wrote their first few songs which would never see the light of day. Because of tensions in the band and lack of motivation, they disbanded for a short period of time in mid 2014.

Ashine decided to continue their path and returned to the basement in late 2014 with a new drummer; Danch.

They abandoned a bit of their old thrashy style and turned to a more melodic side of metal and the writing process began. In January 2015 Ashine started recording songs for their debut self-titled EP which would be released in the summer of the same year. The EP consists of four songs that are a mix of melodic death, thrash and metalcore.

In 2018 their drummer Danch left the band due to personal reasons and was replaced by Timo Kosi.
The band is currently doing live shows and is also in the process of writing and recording material for their album.

Kadilnica of Death:

Dirty Skunks predstavljamo vsakoletno serijo metal večerov, ki se pod imenom Kadilnica of Death odvijajo vsak 1., 3. in 5. četrtek v mesecu, od 21h dalje, v Orto Baru. Pričakujete lahko veliko raznolike metal glasbe z različnimi DJ-i in tematskimi večeri, seveda pa sprejemamo tudi glasbene želje. Zagotovo vas bodo razveselile tudi akcijske cene pijač in biljarda, nekajkrat mesečno pa bomo v okviru metal večera priredili tudi koncert domačega metal benda s simbolično vstopnino. Kadilnica of Death se ob vstopu skozi vhodna vrata Orto Bara nahaja naravnost pred vami.
