Čeprav je danska black metal zasedba Afsky tretirana kot solo projekt, ki ga vodi Ole Pedersen Luk, pa je ustaljena zasedba v živo delovala že nekaj časa kot kvartet. Vendar pa je odjeknila vest, da se je od nastopov v živo poslovil kitarist Simon Skotte Krogh, saj se mu načrti križajo s koncertnimi aktivnostmi lastne zasedbe Sunken. Ob najavi je Ole zapisal:

»My deepest gratitude to Simon and for all the tours and good times we had together. It has been an absolute fun ride over the many many years. Due to Sunkens touring activities Simon had to part with Afsky. Simon has been part of Afsky for as long as I can remember and its therefore with great sadness that this adventure has come to an end, for now. We never know what the future will bring but I hope we will still be on stage together somewhere in the future. Thanks for everything Simon, my brother on metal, you're the man! I wish you and Sunken all the best to come! And im looking forward to awaken Heltekvad once again from the deepest dungeons together with you!«
