Kanadski death metalci Cryptopsy so začeli z miksom koncertnega albuma None So Live, ki so ga 1. junija posneli v Montrealu. /M.P./

V All-Star thrash metal tribute bandu Black Cloud so se združili Jean-Yves Theriault (ex- Voivod, bass), Pierre Remillard (ex- Oblivion, kitara), Daniel Mongrain (Martyr, kitara), Flo Mounier (Cryptopsy, bobni) in Patrick Mireault (Ghoulnatics, vokal). Band je bil ustvarjen z namenom proslaviti 20. obletnico thrash metal scene v Quebecu (Kanada), igrali pa bodo priredbe Slayer, Venom, Motohread, Metallice, Celtic Frost in Voivod.

Kanadski death metalci Cryptopsy so posneli svoj koncert 1 junija pred 1.800 fanatiki v Montrealu, ki ga bodo izdali kot koncertni album. /M.P./

Kolumbijci Internal Suffering so končali s snemanjem in masteringom nove plošče Chaotic Matrix. Pričakujte brutalni tornado v stilu Devourment, Suffocation in zgodnjih Cryptopsy. Album bo izšel konec maja. /M.P./

Blood Red Throne so končali s snemanjem komadov za mini CD Affiliated With The Suffering. Na njem bodo tri neizdane pesmi z Deathmix 2000 promo CD-ja, ena do sedaj že izdana, potem neizdana pesem iz kompilacije Nordic Metal II in priredba Massacre klasike Cryptic Realms. Mini CD bo izšel v začetku maja.Takrat tudi začnejo s snemanjem novega celotnega albuma. Imajo pa tudi novega bobnarja, ki sliši na ime Espen »Beist« Antonsen. /M.P./
