Po desetih letih in dveh dolgometražnih albumih se poslavlja nemška heavy metal zasedba Turbokill. Ob tej novici je band izjavil:

»... and every story comes to an end at some point. You may have noticed that things have been rather quiet around here over the last few months. The reasons for this are as varied as the challenges we’ve faced as a band over the past few months. It had been apparent for some time that there were very differing views within the band about the direction we should take following our last album Champion. Over time, we realised that we could no longer find any real common ground regarding the musical visions that each of us had for the band. For these reasons, we have decided to bring the story of Turbokill to a close and disband the band. We look back on many years filled with shared experiences and the wonderful time we’ve had with you all.

We are deeply grateful to all our fans and friends who have accompanied us on our journey and supported us in every way over the years. It has been a special journey that we could never have experienced in this way without you. Thank you for being a part of it. Stay loud.«
