Kadrovskih težav pri Vomitory ni videti konca. Po tem, ko smo konec marca poročali, da je vrste zasedbe zapustil Urban Gustafsson in ga je nato uspešno zamenjal Kalle Knogjern (Gehennah, Python), je zdaj band iz osebnih razlogov zapustil Christian Fredriksson. Začasno ga bo zamenjal Jonas Kjellgren, ob tem je band izjavil:

»Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, our guitarist Christian Fredriksson has decided to leave Vomitory. All upcoming shows will still proceed as planned. Filling in as a temporary replacement is Jonas Kjellgren, who has helped us out before on a few live occasions. Huge thanks to Jonas for stepping in on such short notice!«
