Criminal Element bodo marca začeli s snemanjem prvenca Guilty As Charged. Criminal Element tvorijo Adam Jarvis (Misery Index), Derek Boyer (Suffocation), Mark Kloeppel (Misery Index), Darrin Morris (Sealed Fate), Vince Mathews (ex-Dying Fetus). Vokale bosta na albumu posredovala tudi Jason Netherton (Misery Index) in John Gallagher (Dying Fetus). Demo verzije skladb je možno slišati na njihovi Myspace strani. /P.N./
